Ali Rieman joined the Florida Wildflower Foundation in 2025 as the Florida Native Seed Partnership Coordinator, leading a collaborative effort to expand the availability and use of native seeds for restoration, conservation and the native plant industry in Florida. Working with agencies, researchers, growers and land managers, she helps strengthen Florida’s native seed supply chain and promotes best practices for native seed production and use.

Ali earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Policy from Plymouth State University and her Master of Science in Soil, Water and Ecosystem Science from the University of Florida. With nearly eight years of experience in local government, she brings expertise in environmental studies, community engagement, and program and grant management.

Passionate about building partnerships that support Florida’s wildflowers and resilient ecosystems, Ali also enjoys reading, spending time with her family, tending her chickens and pausing to identify every plant and bug she encounters.
