Volunteers are needed to help spread the word about pollinators and native plants at our table! Whether you’re setting up, greeting attendees, or sharing your love of native plants, every bit of help makes a difference. Sign up for one or more shifts below.

Volunteer Roles:
🔹 Event Setup (October 16 between 2pm and 4pm)
Help us get our table ready to go. This is quick, hands-on work.

🔹 Table Support (October 17 9am–1pm)
Greet attendees, share Florida Wildflower Foundation and Bee City Gainesville resources, and help answer questions about native plants and pollinator-friendly gardening. We send helpful information ahead of time, so no expertise is required — just enthusiasm!

🔹 Table Support and Breakdown (1pm-5pm, October 17 during and after the event)
Connect with attendees, then help us pack up and leave the space clean and organized.

Additional Information:
🔹This is an outdoor event in a covered arena with a natural floor. Closed-toed shoes recommended.
🔹Restrooms are available, and we will have chairs at the table for breaks.
🔹If you cannot stay for an entire shift, please indicate your availability in the comment section.

We appreciate your support in making this event a success!
