Bee City Pollinator Pot Volunteer Registration

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Bee City Gainesville Pollinator Pot event on May 3! We are seeking volunteers to assist with event setup, attendee support and cleanup. You are welcome to sign up for one or more time slots.

Volunteer Roles:
🔹 Event Setup (8am–10am, before the event)
Help us prepare by moving soil and pots, setting up tables and the volunteer snack station, configuring water hoses, and completing any other necessary tasks. Be ready for some hands-on work!

🔹 Event Support (10am–12pm, during the event)
Assist attendees as they navigate the event and assemble their pollinator pots. Volunteers may also help answer questions about the plants, pollinator-friendly gardening, and Bee City Gainesville. We will provide relevant information ahead of time.

🔹 Event Support and Cleanup (12pm-2pm, during and after the event)
Assist attendees, then help us break down tables, sweep up debris, and pack up materials to leave the space clean and organized.

Additional Information:
This is an outdoor event, and volunteers should come prepared to get a little dirty.

Restroom facilities will be available and seating areas will be provided for breaks.

Volunteers with mobility limitations are encouraged to sign up for the Event Support time slot.

If you cannot stay for an entire shift, please indicate your availability in the comment section.

We appreciate your support in making this event a success!
