Jonathan Dickinson State Park, 16450 SE Federal Hwy, Hobe Sound, FL 33455

Join our Executive Director Stacey Matrazzo and the Explore Natural Martin team to explore fall wildflowers along the 1.5 mile Kitching Creek nature trail in Jonathan Dickinson State Park.

This area features pine flatwoods, maintained by fire, which explode with a wide variety of wildflowers in the Fall. We will meet at the Kitching Creek Nature Trail trailhead. It is about 4 miles from the main entrance, please allow 10-15 minutes of additional drive time once inside the park.

Registration is free for Florida Wildflower Foundation members and $10 for nonmembers. In addition, participants will be required to pay the state park entry fee: $6/vehicle with 2-8 passengers; $4/single occupied vehicle.

Bring water and sun protection. Closed-toe shoes are recommended.
