May 13 @ 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Join us on Saturday, May 13th at 10am to see fields of wildflowers in bloom.
Note: Due to the drought in North Florida, the wildflower field will not be as showy as in past years. There will still be flowers in bloom, and the trip has plenty more to offer.
At 10 a.m. farm owner Terry Zinn will talk about wildflower farming and easy wildflowers to cultivate. A representative of the University of Florida’s Environmental Horticulture Department also will be on hand to discuss their research plot at the farm. Then Terry will lead the group on a tour of the farm.
You are welcome to bring your lunch and stay for a picnic. Make sure to bring a camera to have your photo taken in the field of wildflowers!
Registration is free for Florida Wildflower Foundation members and $15 for nonmembers.

Call 407-622-1606 or email RKinane@FlaWildflowers.org to find out if your membership is current or needs to be renewed. To join as a member, visit www.FlaWildflowers.org/membership.
Due to popular demand, we are planning two wildflower farm field trips this year. Another wildflower field trip opportunity will be held Sunday, May 14, 2023.
This educational opportunity is made possible by the State Wildflower license plate. Get yours today!
